The license plate recognition system automatically opens barriers for registered subscriber vehicles at parking lots, displays information on LED panels, and tracks occupancy rates across all parking lots. It generates hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
This system allows for fully automated entry into your parking lot. There is no need for devices like cards, OGS devices, TAGs, stickers, or remote controls, resulting in zero operating costs. Additionally, the system provides image-based reports on vehicles entering your parking lot for up to 10 years, enhancing security.
Entry and Exit Control
All parking lot entry/exit points are monitored. The system records each vehicle's photo, license plate, entry/exit time, and the purpose and destination of guest vehicles. This data is stored in a database on a yearly, monthly, and daily basis and can be retrieved for detailed reporting as needed. Reports can be printed and archived in PDF, Word, or Excel formats.
Subscriber Vehicles / Automatic Entry
The system automatically recognizes the license plate of each incoming vehicle and checks whether it is a subscriber within milliseconds. If the vehicle is a subscriber, the barrier opens automatically, allowing entry. Vehicle information and license plates, along with the owner's details, are entered into the system. After defining an individual, apartment, or company, all vehicles associated with them can be added to the system, specifying how many vehicles are allowed entry at the same time. This way, multiple vehicle license plates can be entered for each apartment resident, but only as many vehicles as the parking permit allows can enter at any given time.
Blacklisted Vehicle Control
License plates of vehicles you do not want to enter the parking lot or wish to trigger an alert (audible or visual) when attempting entry can be registered in the system. When these vehicles approach the parking entrance, the system automatically triggers an alert.
Guest Vehicle Entry
For parking lots with guest vehicle entry, the system prevents unauthorized access and allows you to enter details about which apartment, person, or company the visiting vehicle intends to visit. You can later generate reports on this information.
Reporting
Vehicle entry/exit data, subscriber/automatic entry, guest vehicles, and associated photos and license plates can be reported. You can query the data by license plate or date and have it automatically sent via email with photos to specified email addresses at any desired time. Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, or Word formats.
User Authorization (Permission Level Determination)
The system operates on a user-based model, where each operator/security guard logs in with their username and password during their shifts. The system tracks which incidents occurred during which guard's shift. Special tasks like subscriber/automatic entry setup and blacklist license plate registration are handled by the system administrator.
